How can I track my order?
You can track your order by using the order number that is emailed to you within the confirmation e-mail that you should receive shortly after placing your order. Click the Tracking Link at the top right hand corner of any page
Is there a minimum order?
NO, there is no minimum order. However if you buy 2pr. of sunglasses or more you san save money and receive free shipping.
Will I be paying the sales tax?
Only customers living in W.V. will pay a sales tax.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We do ship outside of the U.S. with certain rules and procedures applying. If your ordering from outside of the United States or Canada. Please send an e-mail to help@superflysunglasses.com before placing your order.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is submitted before 2pm it will be shipped that day. If your order is submitted after 2pm then it will be shipped the next day. This may vary due to the items purchased being in stock. Items in stock will be recieved in roughly 3 buisness days.
How do I return an order?
If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The return / exchange process is simple. Simply send our company an email at help@superflysunglasses.com and if needed we will email you a Return Authorization#. Then simply send the package back to us via USPS with tracking. Once we recieve the package we will grant your refund minus shipping charges or your exchange credit. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be within 30 days of your original order date.
