Do your lenses protect my eyes from UVA & UVB rays?
As a matter of fact, they do! All of our lenses are 100% UVA & UVB Protected. The larger the lens the better the protection. Also, the wider the stems the more protection you will receive from our sunglasses. This helps to block the rays from reaching your eyes thru the sides of your sunglasses.
What does the Rx symbol next to some of the eyewear mean?
This means that the particular model can be fitted with prescription lenses. You will take the glasses to your eye doctor and they will replace the non prescription lenses that the item comes with, with prescription lenses to fit your eyewear needs.
Do you have glasses available for those with sensitive eyes?
Yes we do. We have a Super Dark Category which includes Super Dark nickel frame sunglasses and LOCs Sunglasses. Remember, the wider the stem the more coverage you will receive from the sun.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Check.
Is there a minimum order?
NO, there is no minimum order. However if you buy 2pr. of sunglasses or more you san save money and receive free shipping.
Will I be paying the sales tax?
Only customers living in W.V. will pay a sales tax.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We do ship outside of the U.S. with certain rules and procedures applying. If your ordering from outside of the United States please send an e-mail to email@example.com before placing your order.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is submitted before 2pm it will be shipped that day. If your order is submitted after 2pm then it will be shipped the next day. This may vary due to the items purchased being in stock. Items in stock will be recieved in roughly 3 buisness days.
How do I return an order?
If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The return / exchange process is simple. Simply send our company an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and if needed we will email you a Return Authorization#. Then simply send the package back to us via USPS with tracking. Once we recieve the package we will grant your refund minus shipping charges or your exchange credit. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be within 30 days of your original order date.
Do you ship next day air?
Yes, if we have the item in stock. Simply send us an email requesting a shipping quote with your full address and the items you would like to be shipped next day air.
