Canada Residents: Due to the latest increase in postage via USPS, effective January 27, 2013 we can no longer offer free shipping on two or more pair to Canada. The shipping rate to Canada has more than doubled since January 27, 2013. We do apologize. We do not like it anymore than our customers do.
Our shipping charge includes shipping and handling fees. We ship by USPS. You should have your order within 10 business days. If USPS cannot deliver your order to the Ship-to address, they will automatically return the item to our warehouse. If the item you ordered is not in stock and will take longer than a week to restock

We try our best to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that no orders will be processed or delivered on the weekend.
If you would like to place an international order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you would like to order and your complete shipping address. We will send a reply with a shipping quote and a total for the complete order. Free shipping does not apply to international orders or orders that include motorcycle and/or winter headgear or any type of accessories. All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed through our shopping cart. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages outside of the United States (including APO addresses and Canadian addresses). We do not refund money back or guarantee product outside of the United States.
The delivery times stated apply to items that are IN STOCK. If an item is on back order, the delivery time will begin when the item is actually shipped. Items placed on backorder are shipped as they become available from the supplier. If any part of your order is back-ordered, shipment of the order may be delayed until all units have been fulfilled.
If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, either they do not fit or they just aren't the right look on you, the return / exchange process is simple. Simply send our company an email at email@example.com and if needed we will email you a Return Authorization#. Then simply send the package back to us via USPS with tracking and insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure these items arrive at the correct destination. We are not responsible for lost merchandise. Once we recieve the package we will grant your refund minus shipping charges incurred or your exchange credit. We do not accept items for refunds if they have been damaged while in your possession, this includes scratched lenses, missing nose pieces, etc. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return amount will be the total of your order minus $6.95. If you are returning items from the Bobster Eyewear Category, Liquid Eyewear Category, or the Gatorz Eyewear Category you will be charged 20% of your total order for a restocking fee. This is due to the charges we incur from the manufacturer. Returns must be within 30 days of your original order date.
